After the hassle and the dazzle of strenuous paper works and meeting deadlines, its quite a blessing that we were given a chance the explore the other side of the country. And truly we were rewarded by the wonders of nature. . .it tells us to relax and breath. . .live and be thankful to God. . . Surigao, April 11-12, 2012!
ENCHANTED RIVER
It lives by its name. . .once there you will be enchanted by its blue crystal river. Located in a hidden side of Hinatuan. The river is 85 feet deep and it has an underwater cave which remains to be unexplored.
Go swimming! with the salt water fish (danggit, maya2x, etc) in the river. They seemed to be tamed. So do not forget to bring your snorkel or goggle.
One more thing, never miss the island hopping that the locals offer there. Your thirty pesos has lots to give you. . from the white shore island, fish cage and tinago river.
Back in the Enchanted River, you would witness how the fish would dance while they were fed. Enjoy their presence in the water that they don't mind even if you are watching them.
Truly amazing!

Ocean View Park/Doll House
Packed with dolls collection from all over the world. Each doll has its own story to tell. One story I would not forget is the story of John and Mary from a song. . Mary, Mary please wait for me, I'll come back someday you'll see, saving all my kisses just for you sign with love for ever true. Their dolls also showed that they are singing. There were also dolls of famous people where their real hair was cut and placed on the dolls they represented. It was said that there were 1000 dolls however around 80 dolls were displayed for security and preservation purposes.
Tinuy-an Falls
One of a kind. . . so strong and so powerful! The current was really strong but staying under the falling water would give you a free massage. But do not stay long or else you would feel being hurled by wrestlers afterward. Its a window of the world. . asked my self why it had such description but after being long hours of watching it, I was convinced. It really looked like a window. .
